空軍軍官和學長妻有染　判3月賠80萬

花蓮空軍401聯隊1名郭姓士官(約40歲)，與大他3期的郭姓學長妻子有染，郭姓學長憤而告郭姓士官妨害家庭並求償200萬元。花蓮地院日前宣判郭男通姦罪確定，判決3月，民事判賠80萬元。

法院調查，郭姓士官長與郭姓學長相識20年，2人先後娶妻生子經常結伴出遊，但郭姓士官長自2009年起與郭姓學長妻偷情，進出汽車旅館無數次，直到前年郭姓學長妻誤傳曖昧簡訊給郭姓士官長妻，才東窗事發。原告和被告事發後皆已退伍。
