漏水危險不報　師要29生罰跪1分鐘

基隆市中正國中吳姓老師因為民俗館二樓看台漏水，危及練習扯鈴、跳繩安全，學生卻知情不報，前天下午要級民俗班全體29名學生罰跪1分多鐘，家長向媒體投訴老師羞辱學生。

《聯合報》報導，校長解釋，吳老師氣憤之下要求學生罰跪，但是一說完就後悔要學生起立，雖然方法不對，但出發點是好意，已向學生說明。

基隆市教育處則說，將派督學調查，若確有此事將進行懲處。
