變態醫師！　竟逼男童「捧鳥」打手槍

竟有這種誇張醫生，要7歲男童幫他「捧鳥」打手槍！全案經檢方偵結後，30日依強制猥褻罪嫌起訴。

根據了解，這名被害的7歲男童，是跟父母到新北市三重某餐廳慶生時，因尿急而上廁所時，被一名41歲男子強迫「捧著」生殖器，直到射精為止。

事後因男童返家後神情有異，在母親的追問下得知慘遭猥褻；經母親報警後，檢警查出涉案的是一名謝姓執業醫師。但謝男在到案後矢口否認，還辯稱是男童家長想勒索；不過檢方並不採信，最後還是依強制猥褻罪嫌將他起訴。
