馬英九：核能是國安問題 必須審慎

馬英九總統今天表示，發電能源問題，是個嚴肅的國安問題，要考慮2O25現有核電廠陸續除役後，如何確保足夠電源缺口的供應。

馬總統兩天能源之旅，今天來到核四，馬總統表示，選擇核四與否也是個價值選擇，大家充分討論後心平氣和的接受選擇結果。

他說，目前唯一能取代核能做基載發電的只有天然氣，但天然氣成本是核能三倍，勢必會帶動物價，而且必須在北部建接收站，需要相當長時間。他以日本為例，核能發電佔的比例，由37%減為2.%'，結果必須大量進口化石燃料，導致嚴重的財政逆差，日本將在七月出爐的核電政策，是值得關注的重點。

此外，沙烏地、俄羅斯等多個產油產氣國家們選擇建核電廠，也值得大家省思。
