失智翁竊單車　兒孫急赴派出所

嘉義縣1名李姓男子出車禍後頭部受創、智能退化，今天上午9時35分從興南村住處外出要去買檳榔，在住處附近見未上鎖淑女車，直接騎走，買完檳榔後忘記在何處取得該車，直接把車帶回家。楊姓車主發現車不見後報案，警方沿路查訪，在李男家找到腳踏車，照相請車主確認無誤後，將李男帶回偵訊。

家屬發現李男惹上竊盜官司，兒孫連忙趕往派出所關切，李男在派出所交待兒子要看好他的腳踏車，不要被人騎走，兒子哭笑不得，小孫子也關心阿公，不時坐在阿公身旁。

警方知道老翁牽車非出自故意，偵訊後以竊盜罪嫌將他函送偵辦，請家屬多留意老翁行為。
