寶貝鹿遭強制帶走　夫妻上告爭回「鹿權」

美國密西根州有一對夫妻表示，他們家中的寵物鹿日前被當地政府強制帶走隔離，讓他們很有可能一輩子再也見不到這隻鹿，近日這對夫妻一狀告上法院，誓言爭回這隻寶貝鹿。

據了解，女主人在5年多前「領養」這隻小鹿莉莉(Lilly)，莉莉的母親因在一場車禍中喪生，女主人不忍心，將莉莉帶回家飼養，「我們把牠當小孩一樣來照顧」。之後當地政府發現莉莉的情況後，進行強制隔離。

當地動保單位發言人魯道夫(Brent Rudolph)表示，鹿隻是野生動物，法律規定不可私養野生動物，他說「法律就是法律」，並警告鹿隻長大後，其實會對人類生活造成危險，因此無法對這對夫妻通融。

這對夫妻表示，目前已經聘請律師，將爭回「鹿權」，討回對莉莉的「撫養權」。
