學長看A片玩鳥　跨壓學弟「要不要吃一口」

新北市1名高中住校的高三學生，去年10月25日用平板電腦邊看A片邊把玩生殖器，慾火高漲，裸身壓著且跨坐學弟身上，欲把生殖器塞到他嘴裡未果；學弟控強制性交未遂，但雙方已和解，檢察官昨不起訴。

《自由時報》報導，2名學長看A片後，裸身對學弟喊：「要不要一起去洗澡？」其中1名學長竟問他說：「要不要吃一口？」學弟雙手摀嘴邊說不要抵抗；學長見他不配合，隨即起身離開。
