圖文網誌版請點：http://www.wretch.cc/blog/GUESSWORLD/9431615 店名：清真 新疆風味烤大串羊肉 地點：中國 陜西省 西安市回民街 消費時間：feb 14 2013 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 在西安還算容易遇到烤羊肉串的，但相較玫瑰鏡糕或烤面筋又好像沒那多。 這一攤也是在回民街的一個攤子，我自己去閒晃時買來吃的。 由於前兩天吃的烤肉太小串又好鹹，這家看起來肉串大，氣派多了。 老闆邊烤肉我邊囑咐他別弄太鹹了。 羊肉串，￥5 RMB。 其實一串5元頗貴，不過因為回民街也算是觀光地區，這家肉也大塊，所以也還OK啦 後來也買過3~4串10元的，不過肉就小一點點。 個人覺得這家挺好吃的，肉塊帶點油脂，吃起來略有嚼勁的口感，加上香料調味剛好。 我原先買了兩串，走一走吃完又回去買三串，味道很好。 有機會來西安可以試試，真的比在台灣吃到的還新鮮又美味啊! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.124.85.205
