7日上網試用方案　NCC強制實施

【徐毓莉／台北報導】為避免民眾申請行動上網或門號後發生通訊問題，國家通訊傳播委員會(NCC)試行7日試用方案，不過NCC認為部份業者執行成效不彰，一些業者並未落實，真正使用7日上網的比例很低，為徹底解決通訊爭議，將強制要求業者要提供試用，但申請的民眾若無試用意願，可以簽名表示不要試用。
