【於慶中／綜合外電報導】「持續性性興奮失調症」(Persistant Genital Arousal Disorder，PGAD)，是一種讓患者在連續多個小時、甚至多天，不由自主出現性興奮狀態的一種疾病，患者高潮迭起，嚴重影響生活品質。

現在有土耳其的醫生，成功使用「肉毒桿菌」(Botox)來協助罹患「持續性性興奮失調症」的女性患者建清症狀，他們注射肉毒桿菌到患者體內，用以阻擋負責傳遞感覺到陰蒂的神經，臨床實驗證明有效，可以減輕患者持續不斷的性高潮，減輕病情。
