【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】美國北加州一處小鎮「森內卡(Seneca)」被稱之為「鬼鎮」，現在要出售，售價為22.5萬美元(約新台幣666萬元)，比動輒上千萬的豪宅要便宜。

森內卡是歷史上著名的淘金小鎮，但淘金業早已沒落，森內卡也變成了人煙稀少的「鬼鎮」。一名男子波特(Jeff Potter)在自己的部落格表示，他的叔叔是森內卡的擁有者，他在當地經營小酒吧，但只有在周末開業，現在他的叔叔想出售這塊土地。
