【唐鎮宇／台北報導】北部逐漸進入冬天多雨季節，經濟部標準檢驗局日前發布雨鞋及雨衣國家標準修正，規定若雨鞋、雨衣的塑化劑、金屬等含量超過一定標準，就須標示「不適合14歲以下者使用」警語。

標檢局表示，此次修正CNS 4870「長靴」（雨鞋）標準，新增若塑化劑含量超過質量比0.1%，或「多環芳香烴化合物」含量超過每公斤10毫克，就須標示「不適合14歲以下者使用」警語。CNS 10516「聚氯乙烯塑膠雨衣」（即雨衣）則是塑化劑含量超過質量比0.1%，或鉛、鎘、汞、鉻、鋇、硒、砷、銻等8種金屬含量超過指定標準，就須標示相關警語。

標檢局表示，此規定是參照國際標準化組織的標準，但雨衣、雨鞋非強制檢驗項目；新標準實施後，標檢局會不定期到市面上抽查，若發生違規產品，會要求業者下架改善。
