中華隊昨於第25屆亞洲女籃錦標賽首戰告捷！面對實力有段差距的印度，12名球員輪番上陣，輕鬆以85比57大勝。今晚9點遇強敵日本，如能贏球，中華隊可占預賽有利排名，衛視體育台直播。

中華隊排出「三黃」黃凡珊、黃英利、黃品蓁，加上林紀妏、蔡佩真先發。一開賽就打出20比4，徹底打亂印度陣腳，打完上半場更以21分大幅領先，幾乎提前宣告勝利。

從板凳出發的新人吳宜庭，攻下全隊最高18分，黃英利與劉君儀各拿13分，林紀妏10分，中華隊全場傳出22助攻，且有18抄截；印度以艾妮莎22分最高，卻是全隊唯一得分達兩位數。

本屆亞錦賽分兩級進行，中華隊與日本、韓國、中國、印度、哈薩克屬第1級，預賽採單循環制，前4名晉級交叉準決賽，本屆前3名可獲明年9月27日世錦賽門票，中華隊近3屆亞錦賽都居第4。
