俄勒岡州克拉特斯康尼（Clatskanie）一所中學的校長，遭女學生控告縱容男學生「性勒索」（sextortion），導致女學生經常受男同學霸凌及性騷擾，因而求償500萬美元（約1.5億元新台幣）。

曾經就讀位於克拉特斯康尼的克拉特斯康尼初級暨高級中學（Clatskanie Middle/High School）的3名未成年女學生，日前向波特蘭的美國聯邦法院遞狀控告校長鮑曼（Jeff Baughman）與克拉特斯康尼學區。

根據訴狀內容，校內男學生之間存在著一種交換照片的遊戲，除了比賽誰能獲得較多女同學的裸照，也彼此分享未成年女同學的裸照或情色照片，並且將照片公布到網路上。

這3名提出告訴的女學生分別為Josi Harrison, Allysun Harkleroad and Laura Lefebvre，她們指控，由於校長縱容，男同學在校內對女同學任意性騷擾與霸凌，卻從不擔心會遭到懲處。而學區主管單位也對於「性勒索」一直置之不理。

這3名提出告訴的女學生3年前在學校遭受性騷擾時年齡僅在12歲至13歲之間，後來都已搬家並轉學。她們向學區與校長求償500萬美元，理由是學校與學區違反美國聯邦教育法當中禁止性別歧視的相關規定。
