【綜合報導】敘利亞外交部長穆亞倫(Walid Muallem)此刻正在俄羅斯進行訪問，稍早他與俄羅斯外長拉夫洛夫(Sergei Lavrov)舉行聯合記者會，會中針對國際間出兵敘利亞問題，拉夫洛夫警告，任何對敘利亞的軍事行動，都將導致區域間的恐怖主義坐大，大馬士革政府仍然準備以對話解決爭端，「以武力解決問題的結果，將導致敘國內部與鄰近國家間的恐怖主義抬頭」，且攻擊敘利亞將導致更多的難民，且俄羅斯無法不擔心敘國境內俄羅斯人的生命與健康所面臨的風險。「政治方法解決問題的機會仍然存在」，拉夫洛夫強調，敘利亞當局承諾「隨時準備和平會談」。

而敘利亞外長穆亞倫也強調，總統阿塞德(Bashar al-Assad)十分感謝俄羅斯寵統普丁(Vladimir Putin)對於敘利亞的支持。
