【蘇聖怡／台北報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，讓軍中人權議題再度引發社會關注，立法院臨時會上午通過討論事項，邀請國防部長、法務部長、內政部長等首長到外交及國防委員會針對「軍中人權保障及陸軍下士洪仲丘案」進行專案報告。外交及國防委員會召委馬文君說，將安排週四將進行專案報告。

台聯黨團則提案要求行政院長率相關部會針對軍中人權及洪案進行專案報告，不過，遭國民黨以多數優勢否決。
