國光行駛國五首日乘客搭車衝突

國光客運新闢國五路線，營運頭三天免費，今天第一天秩序大亂，不少民眾凌晨5、6點來排隊卻遲遲搭不到車，大吵大鬧，國光客運擔心失控停止載客，緊急發放免費乘車券，本來說一個月內有效，後來又改口說明、後兩天才能搭，結果起站的圓山捷運站外，排了2、3000人都沒車坐，氣得破口大罵。

肉身擋車、爭先恐後、甚至還有人掛彩，國光客運新闢國五路線，打出頭三天免費，起站的圓山捷運站外湧進2、3000人，大熱天，排了3、4個小時都搭不到車，火氣直衝腦門。

國光客運人手不足，場面大失控，還得靠警力維持秩序，更扯的是，一度停止載客，緊急發放乘車券，本來說期限一個月，又改口成週六、週日才能搭，只發15000張，搶成一團，有民眾從頭城搭國光首班車上台北，回不去了，只得自己花錢，坐顆噶瑪蘭的車回去。

至於首都客運雖然人氣被搶走了，不過，現場秩序良好，拉起封鎖線、隔出動線，乘客依序排隊，老字號的國光客運行駛國五首日的表現，遠遠不及兩家對手。
