我最近因為實驗的關係，我需要自己做一片LED晶片（白光），可是完全不知到要怎麼做，也不知道硒化鋅哪裡可以取得。另外，我的目的是要控制LED的光束角，和讓環氧樹脂薄一點。
麻煩各位告訴我到底怎麼樣能自己做LED晶片，可是小弟希望您能告訴我如何去做，不然告訴我如何解決上面提到的兩個問題，麻煩了！（拜託不要勸我打消念頭，或是給我LED製程的網站，放我自生自滅。）
