（路透巴黎3日電）俄羅斯選手夏拉波娃（MariaSharapova）今天在法國網球公開賽以6-4、6-3淘汰美國明日之星史蒂芬斯（Sloane Stephens），挺進女單8強。

夏拉波娃輕鬆勝出後，8強將對上昔日練球夥伴楊科維琪（Jelena Jankovic）。 夏拉波娃2004年在溫布頓網賽一鳴驚人，贏得女單冠軍，當時年僅17歲。相較之下，20歲的史蒂芬斯算是循序漸進地崛起，表現最傑出一戰是今年澳洲公開賽擊敗小威廉絲（Serena Williams）挺進4強。
