#include is unsupported in 32bit windows or above is only supported in 16bit MSDOS, maybe It call graphics driver (BGI), It want to change CGA graphic mode protected by 32bit windows. It can't access physical address in protected mode & pageing mode of windows XP or above.
You may ignore BGI graphic driver, and coding graphic driver directly accessing to draw 0xA0000 graphic memory, I tried it OK before.
these pictures are drawn by my program whithout any graphic library(GDI,OPENGL,DIRECTX...etc)
