毒澱粉還沒查完，台南地檢署又破獲台南市「立光農工」涉嫌以工業級的防腐劑「EDTA」調製洋菜粉、愛玉粉等，再轉售給愛之味、統一等知名食品大廠，製作豆花、寒天等產品，衛生署食品藥物管理局今（31）天表示，立光農工惡性重大，因業者根本從未向衛生署申請合法查驗登記，從頭到尾是違法出貨EDTA牟利。

台南地檢署今天偵破立光農工業公司販售過期的精製刺槐豆膠、己二烯酸鉀原料給生產「依蕾特」布丁的光代冷藏食品；並涉嫌以工業級防腐劑EDTA調配洋菜粉、愛玉粉，波及愛之味、統一的豆花、寒天等產品。

立光農工為賺黑心錢，還真是黑到底！因為，接獲檢調通知之後，衛生署上午緊急追查發現，立光農工從頭到尾就沒有資格出貨EDTA。

衛生署食品藥物管理局食品組副組長馮潤蘭表示，檢調偵辦期間，曾接獲台南市衛生局來電詢問「食品可否添加EDTA」？她強調，EDTA目前是合法准用的食品添加物，做為抗氧化劑、品質改良劑之用，讓產品乳化更好，久放不致油水分離。

問題在於，馮潤蘭說，立光農工從未向衛生署申請查驗登記，根本不能販賣、出貨使用EDTA調配的原料粉，依違反食品衛生管理法可開罰3萬元以上、15萬元以下罰鍰；一年內再次違反者，並得廢止其營業或工廠登記證照。 (接下一頁)
