嫌犯是當時在場的三個弟兄，各自向檢察官說:
A:老大是自殺，不是B所殺。
B:不是自殺，殺老大的是A。
C:犯人是B:不是我。
三個人的証言都不同，後來知道三個人都說的一半是真的。同時也明白死者是被其中一個人所殺。
