新北市環保局前天發現新店區陽光公園挖子橋畔一處公共排水溝流出黃色廢水，稽查人員循線追查排水管道，於上游1公里處查獲1間公司將染整廢水繞流排放至公共排水溝，當場依法告發勒令業者停止排放，並進行採水送驗。

之後依檢驗結果顯示，業者排放廢水懸浮固體高達173 mg/L，超過法規規定30mg/L達5.7倍，污染情節嚴重，環保局依違反《水污染防治法》重罰28萬元。
