端午節快來了，大家都把賺錢腦筋動在粽子上，不少烘焙業推出麵包粽，但好不好吃差很多。高雄知名的帕莎蒂娜，昨日便研發了一款號稱味道不輸南部粽的麵包粽，採傳統法式冷藏麵包做法，裏頭是以豬油炒香的櫻花蝦、香菇等內餡，還包了竹葉烘烤，經記者實際試吃後，發現味道真的超台，帶股濃郁油蔥香，類似南部粽，麵包體也頗有咬勁，但稍微乾了點，因體型是一般粽子2倍大，1個人吃完會太撐。
