衛生署今天宣布即起展開「食品安全專案計畫」，各地衛生局稽查毒澱粉上中下游需在3天內完成，盼能將毒澱粉清乾淨恢復民眾信心。

衛生署下月起比照三聚氰胺、塑化劑事件，所有澱粉原料商、製造商須提供下游廠商、食品業者和小吃店等安全證明（非順丁烯二酸化製澱粉），在店家、賣場張貼公告方便消費者辨識。首波安全告示張貼範圍鎖定民眾常買的粄條、肉圓、粉圓、黑輪、粉粿、芋圓和地瓜圓等澱粉加工品。
