Samsung GALAXY S 4 Active 防水新機，將配備 FHD 螢幕與 Qualcomm S4 MSM8960, 1.9GHz 雙核晶片。

系列產品越來越多，除了 GALAXY S 4 Zoom、GALAXY S 4 mini 外，支援防水防塵的新機 GALAXY S 4 Active 也備受矚目；該手機在 12 日通過 Bluetooth SIG 認證，稍早則在 GFXBench 效能測試數據上現身。

根據釋出的資訊顯示，這款手機螢幕解析度雖然與 Samsung GALAXY S 4 相同，為 1920 x 1080，但處理器卻差很多，配備的是 Qualcomm S4 MSM8960, 1.9GHz 雙核心晶片；這樣的規格配置讓人有點擔心，畢竟要推動這樣高解析度的螢幕，該處理器還是略嫌吃力。

Samsung GALAXY S 4 Active 搭載的作業系統為 Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean，防水、防塵能力仍為未知數。
