關於更換美金成新台幣的問題。

各位大大你們好＾＾
最近剛從美國回來，
身邊有一些美金想換成新台幣，
可是當我拿4張100元美金到一般的銀行換的時候，
外匯人員卻告訴我我的4張100元上印的都是“小頭”的偉人
他們不能換給我。
一定要“大頭”的印花偉人，才可以換新台幣！
他們說可能可以到台灣銀行換。
可是台灣銀行有換嗎？

請有美元換過台幣之經驗的人可以回答我嗎？
