我在奇摩拍賣買東西，然後賣家在拍賣上有他的即時通，然後我有加他說我要什麼，之後他送來的東西跟我要的不一樣，之後他說要跟我換來，後來他跟我說什麼廠家不能換了，我就向他要求退錢，他也跟我說退不了錢，因為買到的物品是我不喜歡的還感覺有點仿，那該怎麼辦?
